Return policy
Your product must be in the same state as when it was received, unworn or unused, unlabeled, and in its original packaging, and you will need a receipt or proof of purchase. To start returning goods, you can contact us at jiew82633.myshopify.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior request are not acceptable.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to return items after you receive them. 
Exchange
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return what you have. Once returns are accepted, purchase new items separately.

A refund
We will notify you upon receipt and verification of your return and notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically through the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may still need some time to process and mail the refund. the time limit for refund is generally 7-15 working days. 

Please check your order when you receive it. If the product is defective, damaged or wrong, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
